Enter Chloé Cofresí, our Boricua-Cubana Healing Artist. Her mission is to inspire you to create a life that feels like Summer Camp. With her expertise as a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Artist, Reynolds Technique-certified Body Worker, and Embodied Flow Coaching Artist, Chloé starts each BEAM&Flow
experience by re-anchoring the body. Drawing on the knowledge and wisdom she has gained over 15 years of implementing nutritional and energetic practices that healed her of endometriosis symptoms, cultivating over a decade's worth of experience transforming lives through coaching, years of apprenticeship and certification in The Reynolds Technique, training in the Brazilian art of Lymphatic Drainage, creating a thriving practice in partnership with HigherDOSE and Alivio Wellness in Hoboken and NYC, and teaching both writing and performance art, Chloé is uniquely qualified to lead you through a process of unwinding and detoxing chronic, physical and energetic holding patterns. Sakinah Iman is a 23x International Award-Winning Filmmaker and Actress, Holistic Health Coach, and Certified Lymphatic Drainage Technician apprenticed to Master Lymphatic Drainage Artist Chloé Cofresí of BEAM&Flow. Immediately after receiving her BA in Health Communication &
Theatre, Sakinah devoted over a decade of her artistic abilities and knowledge of health science to creating integrated art projects and holistic health initiatives that drive local and international communities towards cultural and sociopolitical change. As a Lymphatic Drainage Technician, Sakinah has partnered with HigherDOSE and Alivio, enhancing clients’ overall immune function by targeting the fascia, where the fat and cellulite is held. Her goal is to continue to help her clients achieve their ultimate mind-body goals, whether that's through weight loss, higher definition, a youthful appearance (naturally tightening skin) and overall ridding the body of inflammation - leaving clients feeling lighter, more energetic and hormonally balanced.
